Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, or natural events.

If your package is lost, contact support@pragmatamerch.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery window. We will assist in resolving the issue and may offer a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
