Return Period
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. This timeframe allows you to review your items while helping us manage returns efficiently.

Item Condition
Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and inserts. Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Digital goods, gift cards, or downloadable content

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Support
Email us at support@pragmata-merch.com with your order number and reason for the return. Include photos if necessary.

Step 2: Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions. Returns without an RA number may not be processed.

Step 3: Ship the Item
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of lost packages.


3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

  • Complete the return process for the original product

  • Place a new order for the desired replacement item

This ensures faster processing and accurate stock availability.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted, such as:

  • Items returned with missing components or visible wear

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


6. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

We will investigate and ensure the matter is resolved quickly.


7. International Returns

For customers outside your primary shipping region:

  • Returns are accepted within the 14-day window

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees related to the return are also the customer’s responsibility

We recommend using insured and trackable shipping services.


8. Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift:

  • Follow the standard return procedure

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

9. Return Address

Return shipments must be sent only to the address provided with your RA number. Items sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
